Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Paneer 50gm
Chopped beans 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
Sweet corn (optional) 1/4 cup
Capsicum (Red/ Yellow/Green) 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 1 chopped
Chopped tomato 1 small chopped
Green chillies 2-3
Ghee/ cold Press Cooking oil 1sp
Rock Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Lemon 1 tsp
Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
Dhaniya & Mint Leave  

Directions:

     

      1. Heat a pan and put oil in it.

      1. Then add ginger, onion and jeera and saute it for about 1 minute.

      1. Then add all vegetables and saute them for about 5 minutes, we don’t have to overcook vegetables.

      1. Then add all masala to it and mix it properly.

      1. At last, add paneer and cook for about 1 minute

      1. Then you have to add Lemon Juice.

      1. Garnish it with Coriander.
