No, because we don’t have one. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. We do not sell pre-defined or fixed diet plans, therefore we are unable to provide any sample.
A body can safely lose around 2-5kg in a month, however weight loss is multi-factorial and results vary from person to person. It depends on your diet, medical history, activity level, stress levels, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, belief and the trust level, just to name a few.
The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined. The diet plans that we design are not short-term diets that you follow for temporary results. Instead, it is a combination of diet and lifestyle plan, where we prescribe food which you can sustain for lifelong, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change. Make sure you set realistic goals before you embark on this journey with us.
No! Spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. While exercise can certainly help in toning specific body parts, your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are.
Each week we will have a scheduled session (telephonic/visit) where we will discuss your feedback, results, difficulties, and ONLY then create your diet plan for the following week
We measure results on the pretext of how you are feeling-
Weekly diet plans are provided after a consultation/feedback call or weekly follow up visits in the. Diet plan can be easily accessible through our mobile app and is also sent over email or WhatsApp if required.
No, We don’t have such policies. So no change from one package to another is possible. Make a wise decision at the beginning or reach out to us for help.
You can get in touch with your assigned dietitian through App, WhatsApp Chat and email. You can also call your dietitian directly if required.

Our programs are non-transferable.
If, for a medical or other urgent reason, you are not able to continue the program, we may be able to approve the transfer request provided you can present relevant evidence. Note that if approved, standard transfer fee of Rs.1000/- will be applicable.
We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to.
Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.
If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 3 breaks in 24 weeks program, and 6 breaks in 48 weeks program.
Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 4 or 12 weeks programs.
Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. We charge you for our time and expertise, which is irreversible. So it is important to set your expectations right before joining.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
