I am Dietitian”Nutritionist”, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Faculty at The Art of Living, Reiki Master, and Marma Healer.
I am happily married with two awsome kids.
So far I helped thousands of people to transform their lives through Diet & Nutrition Counselling along with Yoga and Meditation Programs.
I started my yoga and meditation journey when I was just 16 with Jain Sadhus(Monks). It was a life-changing moment for me and Here started my quest for self-realization.
My passion for learning yoga did not stop with me. In the Year 1999 when I was just 22, I started sharing my yoga and Meditation skills others and initiating them on this wonderful path. I love the fact that this has brought me closer to an awesome bunch of people.
I got married in 2002 and after that due to the busy lifestyle, I couldn’t continue teaching. In 2003, my life took a new turn when I joined The Art of Living Part 1 Program.
After starting my diet clinic in Punjab in 2012, I once again started teaching Yoga and meditation, and since then I am working as a life and wellness coach.
The Living well is Dietitian Joshi’s initiative where We offer online Hollistic Wellness & LifeStyle management programs for weight and disease management. It helps you to achieve your goal within the comfort of your home/ office. The Living Well online programs is apt for people having a busy work schedule, restricted movement or constraints in visiting the Dietitian”Nutritionist” at his/ her clinic. We have sown encouraging results in the distance Wellness program and today We have clients from various states across India as well as internationally.
